Good Stories

Good Stories Mark 2:1-12 Everyone loves a good story... We have some very talented “story tellers” in our church. Just last Sunday, during our Fellowship Time in Davis Hall, several of you shared stories... Stories as to why you’re a member here at West Point Prez... and how much the church, OUR church, means to you. Of course, the Bible is filled with good stories, too! Old Testament stories like... Our Lesson for today offers us the story of Philip’s first encounter with Jesus... It was a life changing moment for Philip... to

The youngest kitten took it pretty well, and so did the younger cat... but the old family Tom Cat was a different story. The old feline struggled, flipping and flopping and clawing... and finally got away. With considerable effort the boy caught the old Tom again and proceeded with the “ceremony.” But the cat acted worse than ever, clawing and hissing, and scratching at the boy’s face. Finally, af
